My S T Y L E goal recently is to step outside of my comfort zone and pick new pieces that I like but have been too nervous to wear. Why? I'm not quite sure. But, I'm working on being more and more confident in myself and what I like.
With this new goal in mind, I decided to grab a new style of jeans at my favorite store for denim: American Eagle. I love a good vintage, retro style with a touch of simplicity. I decided to grab a pair of high waisted crop flare jeans. Yes, FLARE. My current go-to's are high waisted jeggings from AE. I don't think I have worn flare jeans since I was in middle school but they kept catching my eye so I said, why not?
And guess what...
They are my new favorite! When I put them on, I felt so...put together. And, I am all about comfort and these are a true win in my book. I paired them with a striped, button down top from Target and simple slides also from Target.
